Each folder represents each species and SPA combination for which a PVA was required. For each of these the folder is named using the species' BTO code and either the whole SPA name or the beginning of the SPA name depending on it's length.

For each species and SPA combination 1 PVA was run with 3 scenarios;
- A baseline scenario.
- An impact scenario using displacement impact estimated using the species' lower displacement value(s) plus collision impacts when present. This is called the "lower" scenario.
- An impact scenario using displacement impact estimated using the species' higher displacement value(s) plus collision impacts when present. This is called the "higher" scenario.

Each folder contains;
- Two loose .csv files which summarise the growth rates and population size, estimated by the PVA, for each of the three scenarios,
- A loose .png file which plots the population trajectory with 95% CIs, as estimated by the PVA, for each scenario, and
- An additional folder named "Raw_tool_outputs_**BTO code**_**SPA_name**" which contains all the outputs produced by the NEPVA tool for that species and SPA combination's PVA.
